The Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs) are supposed to be the cause of the richness of the societies in every walk of the life. They have been playing a significant and vital role in the development of the societies and countries all over the world. They are a good support to boost the public welfare, thus they have a good name and fame in each and every country. They impart public charity and work for their interests. That is why every stats encourage and try to etablish the non governmental organizations to boost its welfare and charities . And according the democratic system of the government every country has the rights to establish them , and they have full rights to work as per their natures in side the state , country and abroad ............... But in the scenario of new world order, nowadays “ Muslin NGOs are unable to work freely, there is a huge and continuous pressure on them, the New World Order – which looks nothing but the so called Terrorism’’ - is pressurizing these organizations , particularly Arabian Gulf based Organizations , to not work properly , that is why the dictatorial countries have been putting bans on muslim NGOs since the 9/11 incident , on the name of “ fighting against terrorism”. They blame that these Muslim NGOs are funding the terrorists and terrorism is surviving , by the support of these organizations, as media is highlighting it, and the same lame excuse was given by White House of USA, and other houses of the dictatorial world, as well as the UNO office also gave the same reason .......... But the real cause of the ban never came in light, it is still invisible, but it has been kept in invisible, According a survey report , there are more than 20 terrorist organizations in America , American government has confessed the existence of terrorist organizations having a rational and religious out fits, there are rarely political terrorist organizations there, as well as U.K. Is also suffering from the same trauma................................ keeping it in the mind , our sense ____which is still working , in spite of the huge struggles to make it senseless by the sense killing elements _____ raises a question before the common people , that is, “ Who is funding the hundreds of the terrorist organizations existing in America and UK and other places , which are undoubtedly, not muslims, but they are Christians, Jews, Hindus, communists and others , Is that AL – HARMAIN like muslim organizations are funding such non muslim terrorist organizations , to kill their own muslim brothers and other human beings....? not at all , Undoubtedly, it is American Government itself , its people and its NGOs are funding them , of course, they are receiving funds from the public , the local NGOs are supporting them, as nowadays there are more than 1.5 million NGOs in America, and the rate of religious organizations is more than 47%.................... Then why are the American authorities not searching for those, who are funding these organizations and the people and NGOs , by the supports of whom, such terrorist organizations are surviving there, in more better conditions than poor Afghani, Palestinian and Iraqi agitators , as well as they are much more advanced than every other organizations? Why the name of American and British NGOs are not coming in the list of Anti – Terrorism Investigators’’ ? Why they are not freezing theirs accounts................? There must be some resources of collecting funds ? They should be investigate , by this angles too, this is the scientific way to tackle this issue, so that they can pounce on these terrorists.......... but alas this was never followed .............!
These questions prove that the cause to “ Funding Terrorists” is nothing but a lame excuse , by which they are trying to parallelize Muslim NGOs and disappoint them, and the background of the ban is totally different from the said one , actually , by the charity, welfare , helping poor, promoting moral and ethical values play an vital role in spreading certain views, religions and reaching the goal behind it, that is why we see the Christian Missionaries are working as an active welfare activists. They are running a huge number of such NGOs all over the world, making giant efforts to reach their goal, particularly in poor countries and poor communities such as Bhutan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Burma, African countries and other deprived regions of the world, through their schools, hospitals, clubs and other welfare activities, so that they could buy and hijack sympathies of the simples and illiterate fellows, and by this way they could propagate their views and ideologies.
America, particularly, USA, Israel and UK are supposed to be a hub of such NGOs, amongst which there is a large number of religion based organizations. They provide funds the religious institutions and support them and their activities. These NGOs are known as the ‘Third Sector’ of the governing body of some countries there. It will a matter of highly surprising for us that , according to a late survey report , the total population of Israel is five million , amongst whom 145 thousand peoples are either running NGOs or working as volunteers and hardcore activists in these organizations. While in European countries, Latin America, and middle European countries , they are 177 thousand peoples. They get 64% of funds from their governments and rest 36% from public donations, taxes, fines, and collections. As well as 1.5 million NGOs are working in the same area in USA, and they receive their funds from the Taxes (paid by companies, public and factories) and according a survey reports 47% of these NGOs are based on religion. As well as White House grants awards and special package of incentives those whom play a good role in the organization activities. Once upon a time the total annual income of the organizations reached up to $248 crors , in which 88 crors dollars were fixed for religious activities, which amounts 35.5% of the total income…………… This is world, having a vital concept and practices of welfare and charity……. But in the same age there is an another world, which is totally different from the other one, where these welfare organizations are fighting for sake of their survival. The leaders of the first world are trying to put ban on these poor NGOs of the poor world, particularly in Muslim countries and Islamic world, as a result, since the last five years a number of NGOs were banned. The Arabian Gulf NGOs have become a soft target of their bad wishers, they are falling victims more than others. It is also worthy to mention that the local government of that countries are also supporting ‘USA led Anti NGOs Elements’ because they taught them that the amounts which they are sending out of the country in the name of donation and collection, is resulting in falling their currency down , they further taught them that they could utilize their donation and Zakat for their own peoples, there are also poor, deserving for the donation and zakat, by which their economy could also boom…………… Then they got convinced and put ban not only on their NGOs, but on their common citizens too, to not give any collection and donation the outsider………… it was really a shocking cause for all Muslims and whole Ummah.
It’s a matter of fact that this was a misinterpretation of the issue, it was taught by Bush lobby, while the Americans are supposed to be the biggest donating fellows in the whole world. According to the “ AL – ALMIYA magazine, December 2006 ’’ Billgates and his wife Melinda had donated a property worth $24 crors , a NGO. In a further record there had been donated $ 11 cror in 2000, and $9 cror in 2001, by three person, as per the report of Magazine ‘ American Donation’ Magazine. That’s why America has become a host of donation seeking NGOs and institutions………
This is America and American people, while on the other side, there are Muslim countries, Gulf States and Muslims, undoubtedly , the ratio of Muslim donators is three time less than the others, particularly the Americans. Because the whole amount of the donation given by Muslim countries do not exceeds more than $500 million, which is really a poor rate of donation, which is less than the amounts of two American NGOs , which they collect each and every year, and it is also well known that there are more than 52 Muslim countries and states. In the light of the above study we come to know that ‘USA led Anti NGOs Elements’ are promoting the tradition of donation in their countries and stopping others, which reveals a highly hypocrisy of the said goons.
Now we would like to discus a little bit about the “falling currency” due to donating to outsiders…… As this matter is concern, this little amount could not be cause of decreasing the currency, because we have been living in a global age, and whole world has converted into a small village, in which money exchanging and traveling of wealth from one country to another, has become a common phenomena, particularly since the last decades, in which cheapest labour charges seeking companies are settling down there offices, the BPOs and MNCs are getting a wide acceptance in various countries, which is resulting in much more exchanges than that. As well as hiring workers and laborers, from other countries has become a common thing. It is so surprising fact that the total population of Dubai is 4.5 million , in which 80% are outsiders, , only 20% are the natives, and all the 80% people use to take money from Dubai and send it to their countries , then how is the economy of Dubai booming yet ? and it has become a very popular market of the economy and financial world??!!
So, in a nutshell we can say that the ‘USA led Anti NGOs Elements’ are trying to paralyze the welfare activities of other well targeted countries, so that they can stop ISLAMIC DAWA, while they do not know that the this DAWA is emerging very rapidly in their own countries……………. So we appeal the all Muslims , Particularly, the intellectuals, investors and political figures of the Muslim world to understand the situations and the scenario of this dilemma and try to not fall the victims of their bad wishers. It is also raised an appeal addressing the common people of the world of each and every community to get the reality of the issue…. Social welfare and charity do not support the terrorism, but they reduce it, compact it, and the terrorism caused by injustice, poverty and ignorance will dies itself after getting influenced by the charity, so, each and every notion of the world, particularly the UNO must leave their biased policies about the so-called agitation against the innocents , otherwise their biasness will lead the world _ which is really heading towards the destruction _ to a real terrorism, there will be a tempest of the innocents, poor and ignorant peoples, then the world will witness an unprecedented destruction, then we will bite our own hands and will cures our own principles, and in this activity of terror , without any difference of nation, religion and community, every one will take part, then it will not be easy for the world to encounter them and overcome this terrorism.
